  Great place to grab a bottled juice, hot tea, water. Donuts, cookies, bananas, etc are fresh. Clean bathroom. Evening crew is friendly to commuters. Free WiFi works.

  Overall they are nice, but if you want a smoothie from dunkin make sure you specify "dunkin" or else like me they charged me double the price because they said it was a Baskin Robbins smoothie. If I wanted a Baskin Robbins smoothie I would have ordered one.
  I wasn't even by the Baskin Robbins counter!!
  Not a good experience.

  The worst experience i have ever had, i used the stupid on the go app to order an ice coffee 20 minutes prior to their close. I get there and they tell me in an extremely rude manner they have no ice coffee because they are closing. They then proceed to try and push me to take hot coffee....no thank you i want ice coffee and a few minutes more of them pushing hot coffee i ask for my money back and they say no i said i was just charged by the app want my refund they say no. You have to come back in the morning talk with the manager to get your money i said well give me something that shows you didnt give me my ordered item so the manager knows im not lying they said no....never again this store blows and the dunkin app ordering blows even more. So nOw after being inconvenienced this evening i need to go 15 minutes out of my way to be inconvenienced again tomorrow

  The morning crew is horrible. Most of them do not speak English. I kept putting this review off hoping they would get better. They are not consistent with making coffee. I just think a lot of them don't understand. Sometimes they get your order right, most of the time they don't. The two ladies there that do speak English are good at taking and completing orders.
